Hey guys it’s the 4/21 which means the day after. The song for the Sample Saturdays is “White Room” by legendary 60’s rock group Cream that Eric Clapton was on. It was taken from their 1968 album titled Wheels Of Fire which is a double album are studio version and live version.
The first time that I heard the song when I was going back to school from work. It was on the radio station.
This song was sampled by Ashanti in her smash hit single called “The Woman You Love” with Busta Rhymes. It was also used by WZRD (Kid Cudi & Dot Da Genius) in their song called “Upper Room” from their collaborative self titled debut album WZRD.
When I heard Ashanti’s new song I was like “Wow! Shanti is back”. The sample was banging. “The Woman You Love” was produced by Jerry “Wonda” Duplessis and Sham “Sak Pase” Joseph.
Most people are pussies.
I’m glad that Ashanti is back on her grind with new video called “The Woman You Have” which features Busta Rhymes. This track is blazing as hell. I love this record. Song for this summer. That’s a female anthem right there.

Lil Wayne called into “Kissing After Dark” on New York’s 98.7 Kiss FM, the R&B radio station he listened to while serving time at Rikers Island in 2010, where he announced the rock band’s affiliation with Cash Money Records.
“As far as Cash Money, they’re always listening and looking at acts, so honestly, it’s like every other day I hear about somebody new just signed to Cash Money,” Weezy told host Lenny Green. “The other day I just found out Limp Bizkit signed to Cash Money. So they’re signing everybody and everybody’s getting a chance.”
Frontman Fred Durst confirmed the news on Twitter. “Rock shit doesn’t rock anymore! They say the whole game done went pop so I’m back in this ho! #CMLB,” he tweeted.
The Young Money CEO also dropped another bombshell, revealing that Ashanti may be getting down with the YMCMB camp. “I don’t wanna step across any boundaries, but I think we’re working with Ashanti right now,” he shared.
Ashanti launched her own label Written Entertainment last year and is currently promoting her single “The Woman You Love” featuring Cash Money signee Busta Rhymes.
